Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Voodoo Matrix ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Voodoo Matrix for personal and commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Voodoo Matrix
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use this platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You will NOT:

• Generate illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material
• Create content that violates intellectual property rights
• Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent age verification or content restrictions

4. Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

6. Billing and Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to our billing terms. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Account credits are non-refundable but may be used for services.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content generated using Voodoo Matrix. However, you grant Voodoo Matrix a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Voodoo Matrix or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Voodoo Matrix.

10. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Voodoo Matrix could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Voodoo Matrix does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
